Bruno Almeida, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer for US Media Consulting, Brazilian native Bruno Almeida directs the company’s business development and strategic initiatives. He launched US Media Consulting in 2003, helping pioneer online ad sales in Latin America at a time when few recognized the medium’s growth potential. He and his team notched $1 million in sales the first full year in operation and have grown the company 4,300% since then, with 2011 revenues topping $25 million. Almeida expanded the firm’s operations to include other forms of media starting in 2007 while also launching offices in Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Guatemala City, Caracas and, most recently, São Paulo. 
Prior to launching US Media Consulting, Almeida handled sales and business development for Folha-UOL, Brazil’s largest Internet portal, and worked in sales and client services for Starmedia.
Almeida has a B.A. in advertising from the University of Miami.


Ignacio Roizman, Chief Operations Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Ignacio Roizman is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer at US Media Consulting, overseeing operations at the company’s Buenos Aires office. Ignacio also focuses on developing new technology platforms to better serve Latin America’s digital marketplace, such as MediaDesk DSP, Latin America's leading programmatic buying platform.
Roizman co-launched the Jumba advertising network in 2007 and served as its Managing Partner. Before co-launching Jumba, Roizman was U.S. Country Manager for e-volution Business Technologies, a digital marketing firm based in Argentina. The company achieved triple-digit growth during Roizman’s tenure as he was instrumental in signing clients such as Microsoft, Sony, Hewlett-Packard and Fisher-Price. Prior to e-volution, Roizman’s career in online sales and marketing includes leadership positions at HSM Group and Microsoft, where he helped launch several flagship products in Argentina.


Leandro Cruz de Paula, Chief Revenue Officer

Leandro Cruz de Paula is the Chief Revenue Officer for US Media Consulting, overseeing the firm’s sales operations in both online and offline media throughout Latin America, as well as marketing initiatives and media partnerships. Prior to joining US Media Consulting, Cruz de Paula was Vice President of Sales, Latam, for Thismoment.Inc. He also was Regional Sales Director—Latam for Microsoft Advertising. Beyond his deeply layered professional experience, for more than a decade Cruz de Paula was a marketing professor at ESPM Business School in Brazil.
Cruz de Paula has a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie in São Paulo and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.    




Francisco Pol, Chief Financial Officer 

Francisco oversees all of US Media Consulting’s accounting and financial operations. Besides developing general financial strategies for the near and long-term, Francisco leads the accounting departments of US Media Consulting’s offices in Miami, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Caracas, Guatemala City, Mexico City and São Paulo.
Prior to joining US Media Consulting, Francisco was the Director of Financial Practices for Cortex Media. He also has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of firms, including Media Brands, Universal McCann and Lowe and Partners Worldwide.
Francisco has a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. 

   


Fernando Gimenez, Digital Ad Sales Director & Country Manager, Mexico

Fernando oversees online advertising sales and directs US Media Consulting's Mexico office.
Besides developing the general growth strategy of the company in the Mexican market, Fernando oversees the administrative operations of the office. He also applies his considerable experience to implementing the innovative digital strategies that US Media Consulting delivers to its clients in Mexico, whether it’s with conventional digital advertising, online videos, mobile advertising or programmatic buying.
Before joining US Media Consulting’s team, Fernando was Director of Digital Sales for Esporte Interativo, one of the top TV sports networks in Brazil. His professional trajectory also includes executive and managerial positions at Clickmagic, UOL and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Fernando has a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from the la Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and a Master’s degree in both business administration and marketing from the same institution. 

Lionel Guillioli, Regional Ad Sales Manager & Country Director, Central America & Caribbean

Lionel handles online advertising sales and directs US Media Consulting's operations in Central America and the Caribbean. His customized digital solutions connect clients—including major ad agencies, media agencies, P.R. agencies and direct advertisers—with this growing market. Among the media markets that Lionel handles are Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Puerto Rico.
Prior to joining US Media Consulting, Guillioli was Senior Sales Executive for La Prensa Libre in Guatemala.
Guillioli has a B.A. in marketing from Universidad Galileo in Guatemala City.

Sergio Kligin, Digital Ad Sales Director & Country Manager, Brazil

Sergio oversees online advertising sales and directs US Media Consulting's office in Brazil. His focus is providing media services and digital marketing solutions for clients trying to reach Brazil’s skyrocketing online population.
Sergio’s 18 years of experience in Brazil’s media market allows him to craft customized strategies for each client and offer maximum ROI with a diverse media portfolio.
Prior to joining US Media Consulting, Sergio was Director of Internet Advertising and Internet Sales Manager for Grupo Estado Digital, overseeing digital sales for one of the country’s top online brands.
Sergio has an M.B.A. from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in São Paulo.

Javier Montanaro, Digital Sales Director, Southern Cone Region

Javier directs online advertising sales operations for US Media Consulting in  the Southern Cone, which includes the markets of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. Javier offers digital media solutions for a range of clients, including media agencies, advertising agencies, public relations agencies and firms looking to connect with this market.
Prior to joining US Media Consulting, Javier was the Sales Manager for Infobae.com and Infobae América, one of Latin America’s top news sites. He has also served as director of Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Argentina and was an Account Executive at UOL Argentina.
Javier studied business administration from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed coursework in business finance and administration at the Universidad del CEMA in Argentina.

 

 
 

Tatiana Koike, Online Sales Director

A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Tatiana is International Sales Director for Online Media at US Media Consulting, overseeing online sales operations at the firm’s Miami office and at its offices in São Paulo, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Caracas and Guatemala City. Tatiana develops sales strategies and directs account executives while also managing key client relationships. Before directing US Media Consulting’s online sales team, Tatiana directed the firm’s offline media team, which focused on sales in print media and out-of-home advertising. Tatiana has also served as Regional Sales Manager for The Wall Street Journal and as Ad Sales Manager for print media.
Prior to joining US Media Consulting, Tatiana was Marketing and Sales Manager for AcheiUSA, a U.S.-based newspaper serving the Brazilian community.
Tatiana has a degree in marketing from the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado in Sao Paulo.


 
Verónica Lizama, Ad Sales Director, Offline Media

Verónica Lizama is the Ad Sales Director for Offline Media, overseeing sales operations in print, broadcast and out-of-home media for campaigns conducted all over Brazil and Latin America. Verónica creates and implements sales strategies for offline media while nurturing relationships with current and future clients. 
Prior to joining US Media Consulting, for over a decade Verónica was Director of Advertising for América Economía, Latin America’s leading pan-regional business magazine.
Verónica has a B.A. in journalism and advertising from the University of Florida.


 
Magdalena Prat Gay, Product Development Manager

Based in Buenos Aires, Magdalena handles product development for US Media Consulting. She oversees the creation and launch of new digital media products for Latin America and US Hispanics. Her focus is on crafting solutions that help advertisers and agencies obtain greater ROI through fresh media platforms. Magdalena is also developing products focused on social media, video inventories and other areas that provide strong reach to Latin American consumers.
Before moving into product development, Magdalena managed publisher relationships for Jumba Media Group, one of Latin America’s premier performance ad networks. She’s also handled publisher relations for Adfunky and served as an analyst for global management firm Accenture.
Magdalena has a B.A. in social communications sciences from the University of Buenos Aires.

In 2013 we launched MediaDesk, a demand side platform (DSP) built for Latin America—specifically, for Latin American agencies to handle programmatic buying for their clients. Precision targeting tools and massive inventory allow MediaDesk to maximize the impact of every investment that agencies manage for their brands. The result is a smooth process that delivers new sources of revenue for agencies.

Beyond programmatic, US Media Consulting is developing new advertising technology solutions to allow agencies to streamline their processes further and spike revenues as a result.
